Shipping and Handling

Our commitment to delivering your product is our top priority. While many of our products are crafted in-house, our 'Bar Tools and Accessories,' along with a majority of our merchandise, are sourced from suppliers located across Canada and internationally. Due to this, shipping and handling times can vary, and we regret that next-day delivery is not currently available. However, for select items, we do offer next-day pick-up.

Processing Time: Upon receipt of your payment, we promptly initiate order processing. This involves either in-house handling or dispatching your order to our suppliers for verification, tailoring, quality checks, and packaging. This process may take an additional 1-4 days.

Shipping Time: This refers to the duration it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to your destination, typically ranging from 10-15 days. Please note that actual shipping times may vary.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to conveniently locate your product directly on our website at any time. While the majority of our shipping partners offer tracking services, we cannot guarantee this service in all cases.
